No observations? Check Bluetooth, scanning permissions and location services. Radios may be asleep, out of range or unavailable through the operating system. iOS does not expose general Wi-Fi scanning.
A location link stopped updating? Open the app and check location permission and connectivity. A link needs a fresh device update; it cannot locate an offline phone.

Enable call screening or message review from Safety, then follow the native permission instructions. On iOS, SMS/MMS filtering and Call Directory are separate system extensions. On Android, notification review inspects only sources you select after granting access. Turn protections off in Safety and revoke their system access whenever desired. These tools use local cues and your own call rules; they do not guarantee a message, call or device is safe.
To reduce unwanted group additions, use WhatsApp Settings → Privacy → Groups and Telegram Settings → Privacy and Security → Groups & Channels. Gendarmerie provides guidance but cannot change these services' privacy settings or stop invitations itself.
